1. Who runs the game

The game Fauna Arena ("the game") is run by Grzegorz Macurek, an entrepreneur trading as Grzegorz Macurek IT, ul. Kopernika 34a lok. 13, 76-200 Słupsk, Poland, tax number (NIP) 8393228016 ("we"). Contact for all matters, including as the point of contact for authorities and players under the Digital Services Act (DSA): faunaarena@gmail.com, in Polish or English.

2. What the game is and what you need

• Fauna Arena is a free collectible card game about animals for Android phones, available on Google Play.
• The game needs Android 8.0 or newer. Playing against the bot needs no internet. Online play (ranked, matches with friends, shop, quests, quiz) needs an internet connection and a game account.
• The game is available in the countries selected on Google Play. The faunaarena.com website works everywhere, but that does not mean the game is available in every country.

3. Age

The game is meant for people aged 16 and over. Minors may make paid purchases (once enabled) only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Account

• An account is created when the app first connects to the server after the welcome screen, or when you sign up on faunaarena.com (with a password or with Google). By creating an account you accept these terms.
• Do not create several accounts to collect rewards. Accounts may not be shared, sold or handed over to others.
• Keep your password and your Google account safe. We are not responsible for what happens if you share them.
• You can delete your account at any time: in the game (Settings → Delete account) or via faunaarena.com/en/delete-account.

5. Licence

We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the game for your own entertainment while your account exists. You may not use bots or programs that play for you, cheat, deliberately exploit bugs, disrupt the server or get around its protections or decompile the app (except where the law expressly allows it). If you notice a bug, report it by e-mail.

5a. Staying safe online

Like any online service, the game has the usual risks: someone who learns your password can take over your account, and other players see your nickname and results. Use a password you don't use anywhere else, never share it, and don't put anything in your nickname that could identify you.

6. Cards, coins and other items in the game

• Cards, coins, dust, packs, titles and other items in the game have no monetary value. They cannot be sold, traded, cashed out or moved to another account. They are not your property but part of the licence to the game.
• We may change the game's balance (card costs and stats, rewards, coin prices and match rules) to keep the game fair and interesting. We do not take cards away from your collection when we do.
• The odds of each rarity in every pack are shown in the shop before you open it.

7. Nicknames and behaviour

• Other players see your nickname. Do not use your real name or anything rude, offensive, unlawful or impersonating other people or the game's staff.
• Nicknames pass an automatic word filter. You can report an inappropriate nickname by e-mail; we will look into it and reply.
• If a nickname breaks these rules, we may change it to a neutral one. For serious or repeated breaches (e.g. cheating, creating accounts in bulk) we may block the account for a time or delete it. We will explain the decision if we know a contact address, and you can appeal by e-mail within 14 days.

8. The "Rewards for the first players" campaign

• Every account that picks a nickname in the game or signs up on faunaarena.com takes part and gets the next player number. One account gets one number.
• Rewards: players no. 1–500 get 3 premium packs and the "Founder" title, players no. 501–2000 get 2 premium packs and players no. 2001–5000 get 1 premium pack. A premium pack has 5 cards, at least one of them rare, and every card can come as a holo version.
• Rewards go to the account at once. They have no monetary value and cannot be moved to another account. Deleting the account does not free its number.
• Accounts created in bulk or automatically to collect rewards may be excluded from the campaign.
• The campaign runs until 5000 numbers are given out. The launch date on Google Play may change; this does not affect rewards already granted.

8a. Referrals

• Every player has their own referral code in Settings. A new player can enter a friend's code when creating their account in the game and gets 1 free pack at once.
• The friend gets 1 free pack when the new player plays at least one match on each of 7 days in a row. Rewards are given for up to 20 referred players.
• An account can use one code. You cannot refer yourself, and two accounts cannot refer each other.
• Referrals from accounts created in bulk or automatically may be cancelled together with their rewards.

9. Purchases

The game is completely free for now. If we enable paid purchases, we will add prices, the payment method (Google Play), the right of withdrawal and refunds to these terms before they start.

10. Complaints

If the game does not work as described, write to faunaarena@gmail.com with your nickname, what happened and when. We will reply within 14 days. As a consumer you may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, e.g. a consumer ombudsman or the consumer protection authority in your country.

11. Liability and availability

We try to keep the game running without breaks, but the server may sometimes be unavailable, e.g. during updates or failures. We do not exclude or limit our liability towards consumers where the law does not allow it.

12. Ending the agreement and closing the game

• You can stop using the game at any time by deleting your account.
• We may end the agreement for serious reasons (a serious breach of these terms) or close the online part of the game. We will announce the closing at least 60 days in advance on faunaarena.com and in the game's update notes on Google Play. Playing against the bot in the app may keep working.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for important reasons, e.g. a change in the law, new game features or enabling purchases. We will announce changes at least 14 days in advance on faunaarena.com and in the game's update notes on Google Play, and the game will show the new version for you to accept. If you do not agree with a change, you can delete your account.

14. Law and courts

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of that country's mandatory laws and may bring a claim before the court of your place of residence.

15. Languages

These terms are available in Polish and English, and both versions have the same content. If they differ, the Polish version prevails. Personal data is covered by the privacy policy.
